I don’t know about you, but I am the kind of person that likes to plan. As I get this Digital Marketing business off the ground, I want to arm myself with knowledge so I’ve been doing A LOT of reading… and I mean A LOT!
Here is a picture of the books sitting on my couch! Yes, I buy books! Love the feeling of opening a book and holding it in my hands… but that’s a discussion for another day.
Anyway, I’ve mostly been reading professional development books for marketing, SEO, funnels, running Adwords and Facebook advertising campaigns. My brain is exploding with information and I’m chomping at the bit to put this knowledge into action. In fact, I’m in the beginning stages of writing a marketing plan for Legacy Venture Group as we speak. (Don’t ask where I find the time… sleep doesn’t exist these days! LOL!)
So I’m going to share with you my favorite books so far!
Full disclosure – I do have an affiliate relationship for some of these products. That said, I fully believe in them or I wouldn’t be putting them on here!
My two favorites – so far – and the easiest to read (at least for me) are the two books by Russell Brunson. I’ve included images of both books at the bottom of my post. Both are free book offers – but only if you click on one or both of the images below – all you have to do is pay shipping costs for each book. If you don’t trust the link, that’s cool, just hit up the Amazon links in the list below and pay full price plus any shipping costs or head over to your local book store and find them in the business section.
- DotCom Secrets & Expert Secrets – Russell Brunson
- The One Week Marketing Plan – Mark Satterfield
- Duct Tape Marketing – John Jantsch
- SEO 2017 – Adam Clarke
- The 4-Hour Workweek – Timothy Ferriss
- Adwords Workbook 2017 – Jason McDonald
- Ultimate Guide to Facebook Advertising (2nd Ed) – Perry Marshall, Keith Krance, Thomas Meloche. (There is a new edition for this book coming out in November and you can preorder on Amazon – Facebook Advertising 3rd Ed-PreOrder)
Anyway, no pressure to buy anything, I just wanted to share the books that I think are really helpful for budding digital marketers. I’ve bought other books but these have stood out for what I’m doing right now.
Let me know what you think. Have you read any of these books?
